The cake board is covered with brown sugar to make it look like sand, The whip is made of chocolate fondant, the bottom cake is cover in black fondant the cake flavor yummy lemon w/vanilla butter-cream icing, the brim of the cake is made of chocolate fondant, the top cake is covered in chocolate fondant with chocolate fudge cake w/vanilla butter-cream icing! The top of the cake was hand craved and made life size by request of my oldest who loves Indiana Jones!!
